Mindful Meditation Movement
An opportunity to prepare yourself for relaxation and quieting the "mind-body monkey" to clear the mind, body and spirit for your evening. Ana, Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor will guide you through gentle movements and meditation.
WHEN: Second Monday of each month beginning in September @ 8:00pm (9/12; 10/10; 11/14; and 12/12)
REGISTRATION: Go to "Book Online" to reserve your spot.
EQUIPMENT: Mat or chair (if you prefer), towel & wear comfortable clothing in layers, as appropriate. Feel free to use any other props to support your body and comfort.
VIRTUAL ARRIVAL: At least 10-15 minutes before start-time for any tech link slow-ups and so we may start promptly @ 8:00pm
COST/Length: Free; suggested gift: $8/30-minutes
RESPECT: Be mindful of your body and respect its limits. Light stretching movements may be included. If at any time you cannot complete a movement or feel discomfort, you may rest. It is your responsibility to listen to and respond to your body's needs. Also, be sure to advise the instructor of any limitations beforehand.
