Monday Mindful Movement Meditation

An opportunity to prepare yourself for relaxation and quieting the "mind-body monkey" to clear the mind, body and spirit for your evening. Ana, Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor will guide you through gentle movements and meditation. REGISTRATION: See EVENTS under "Book Online". EQUIPMENT: Bring your own mat (if you prefer), towel & wear comfortable clothing in layers, as appropriate. Use any props that support your body and provide comfort. ARRIVAL: At least 10-15 minutes before start-time for technology, so we may start promptly @ 8:00pm COST/Length: Free; donations accepted and suggestions start at $8/30-minutes; PAYMENT METHODS: Online booking or VENMO Social App. Reference the class name for Venmo donations, please. RESPECT: Be mindful of your body and respect its limits. Light stretching movements may be included. If at any time you cannot complete a movement or feel discomfort, you may rest. It is your responsibility to listen to and respond to your body's needs. Also, be sure to advise the instructor of any limitations beforehand.
For Private Sessions: Please advise at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations. For Group Sessions: Advance cancellations may be made up in another class as available. *Not applicable for online sessions.
